I was adopted by my mother's husband so I would have his last name I just need a copy of my adoption papers because somebody messed up on the paperwork because there's confusion because My birth certificate has my adoptive father's name on it but they never changed my last name to his and selective services has my last name as my original birth last name and everything else is under my last name as of the adoption
