My father had to give up a baby he had when he was about 16 for adoption. At the time he lived in Branford, CT and name was Kenneth. Although my mother told me, she believes the baby was given up for adoption through a catholic adoption, perhaps through church and not sure names would be listed of her birth parents. He was born in 1958 so I assume it happened in about 1974. I do not know the real birth date so the birth date month and day are not correct, I only filled them in as you needed something there to complete the filing. I know that it was a girl and I just wanted to see if I could find her.
