UPDATE: Using DNA, I’ve found my biological family. (Paternal: Corbett Maternal: Horvath) I am looking for my biological parents and relatives. I was born on 8/7/1968 in White Plains, NY. My amended, short form, birth certificate lists the name my parents gave me but was filed 1 1/2 years after I was born (filed on 2/2/70). I wonder how this can be. I do not have any names. My birth mother was 32 when she had me my biological father was 31.
