I’m told my birth name was Jason Allen, but my APs changed it to Jeffrey Michael. I’ve also been told I was born at either Hartford Hospital or Bristol Hospital, and that I have 2 or 3 older sisters. Unfortunately my adoptive Father is deceased and my adoptive Mother is extremely ill, and I was unable to get any additional information before they both passed away/fell ill respectively.
