I am desperately searching for my baby brother whom was born 8/10/1986. He was born either in Waterbury or Norwalk CT hospital. His name at birth was Curtis Knowles but has since been changed every avenue I go through to find hit I hit a brick wall, all I want to do is see him if he or his family want no communication I will respect their wishes but I would love to meet him. Per CT DCF he no longer resides in CT, if anyone has any info that could potentially help me find him pls help me
