ISO - biological mother‚ and/or siblings. I have no name info. My DOB is 5/26/81‚ born in Hamden‚ CT. I am female. I was ‚ 3/mo premature and had a short hospital stay. Was off O2 pretty quickly! Agency was The Children’s Center. Biological mother requested a baby picture of me shortly after my birth. She was listed as Catholic‚ and her profession or area of study as a Draftsperson. Her ethnicity was listed as Irish. I am open to correspondence with my biological mother‚ if she would like‚ though my primary outreach‚ to start‚ is to obtain family medical history for my records.
