My name is Jason Wallace. I know my birth mother. I was raised to believe that she was my cousin. She tells me my birth father’s name is Rafael Vargas. He has a brother named Juan Vargas. They went to Bloomfield high school in Connecticut. And lived on Jackson rd on Bloomfield. I am not sure of this is my father. His family allegedly up and left when they found out she was pregnant. She was only 13 years old. She believed he was at least 2 or 3 years older than she. I am a black man and he is Puerto Rican. However after the 23 And Me DNA test did not show any PRican background I am not sure I believe what I jave been told. I will lole to know who my father is.
