I am searching for my half brother who was born at The Westerly Hospital in Westerly, Rhode Island on December 25th,1999. His biological mothers name is Claire Murphy and our biological fathers name was Todd Allen Caddick. I believe they gave my brother up for adoption straight from the hospital right after birth. Our father, Todd A. Caddick has since then passed away suddenly on May 22, 2002 so I was never able to get any information about my adopted half sibling. My sister and I want nothing more than to meet him someday.
