Witnessed Jan 4th, 1967 by a R.L, Cleere M.D. Adopted parents Emmett Elwood Jordan & Joyce Welch Jordan. I know my real mom was 21yrs old & my dad was 23. My birth mom was an elevator operator, she was 5’3, 115 lbs, blue eyes, reddish brown hair, fair complexion & she sang in the glee club in high school she also had a twin sister.
