I was adopted at 10 days old. This is all I know about bio family: Born Dec 14,1963 5 lbs. 2 oz 18 Inches long Normal Health infant. Mother: German, English and Danish 5’ 5 ½” tall, 140 lbs., Blue Green eyes, medium brown hair, fair Ovalish long face with medium features, medium boned. Had the usual childhood diseases but nothing serious. No TB, diabetes, epilepsy or allergies. Neither feeble mindedness or congenital anomalies. Neither were there any of these in her family except her mother had mild hay-fever. Mother graduated from High school with a general business major and has worked as a secretary and at present is manager of a credit office. Enjoys sewing, bowling and dancing. Father – Swedish 6’3 tall, 230 lbs. blue eyes, medium brown hair, fair Ruddy type complexion Oval squarish face. Well formed features, medium to large in bone structure. Usual childhood diseases but no consequent disabilities. Never had TB, diabetes, epilepsy or allergies and no serious illnesses. Eyes and teeth normal. No feeble mindedness or congenital anomalies in the family. High school + one year of college with B average. Is superintendent of a lathe and plaster company. During war, was a petty officer in the navy. He enjoys golf, hunting fishing and general outdoor activities. Maternal Relatives: Maternal grandfather: 6’ 158 lbs. blue eyes, grey hair med fair. Salesman, health good Maternal Grand Mother: 5’ 5 ½” 145 blue green eyes, brown hair fair High school graduate, secretary died of cancer of bone at 68. Maternal Aunt: 5’1 ½” 120 lbs. Blue eyes, blond hair. Married 3 children. High school grad + 1-year college. Bookkeeper. Health good Maternal uncle: 6’1” 200 lbs. High school grad + 2 years college. Accountant. Health good. Has no children but has adopted. 2 other Maternal Uncles died. One died from flu at 17 years old. The other of a mastoid many years ago. Paternal relatives: Paternal Grand Father: 6’ 170 lbs. blue eyes brown hair, fair complexion. High school. Manager of clothing store. Killed in accident Paternal grandmother: 5’3” 120 lbs. blue eyes, blond hair, fair complexion. Died of stroke at 77 Paternal Aunt: 5’9” 300 lbs. Blue eyes, brown hair, fair complexion Has 4 healthy children. Thyroid condition causing obesity and under medical care to reduce. Paternal Uncle: 6’1” 160-170 lbs. high school + on the job training as engineer. Health good Paternal Uncle: : 6’1” 150 lbs. high school + specialized training to become aircraft electronic person. Health good Paternal Uncle: 6’ 175 lbs. 11th grade. Joined service and completed high there and is a Master Sargent in Air Force. Health good
