Birth mothers name Carolina Sue Hurst. She would be either 75 or 76. She was from Terre Houte, Indiana and came to Colorado Springs Colorado in 1969 to give birth. The adoption was handled thru The Christian Home for Children in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Maiden name was Cooksey. The birth father is not listed on the birth certificate but I understand the baby was not the husbands child. The baby was my daughter whom my husband and I adopted in 1969. She died 2 months ago on April 3, 2018 from a sudden cardiac arrest. I am hoping to find out more medical information about the birth family. She left 3 boys who may need this medical information.
