When I was 19/20 years old in 2006 my little brother got adopted to a family through Larimer County’s Department of Social Services with a closed adoption in Fort Collins‚ CO. My little brothers name before adoption is Felix Pete Jacques. He always said "I need my sissy" and I need him too. I would’ve done anything to get custody of my mijo but the situation was all bad with our biological mom. Her name is Lisa Pullum and my name is Stephanie Bustamante. The last time I saw my baby brother was at the hub in Loveland‚ Colorado before they terminated mom’s n sibling rights n closed the adoption. My heart has been totally broken since the day I heard the words‚ "The adoption is closed and you can not contact your brother" please baby boy reach out cuz sissy is right here. I love you Petey I have so much to tell you. I pray u have been safe all these years and happy. I miss u every single day mijo.
