I am looking for the birth patents of my late husband. He was born in Craig, Colorado on March 16,1972. His birth mother was around 16 and his birth father was older (maybe around 22) and was said to have worked in construction and possibly part Native American. My husband began having seizures at around age 18/19 and ended up passing away in 1994 while having a seizure while swimming. I was 3 1/2 months pregnant at the time and our son is now 26 and we would like some medical history if possible. If the birth family is interested in a relationship with my son, that is welcome. However, if they do not wish to have a relationship, we are fine with that, but would still love medical history and information about ethnicity, etc...
