She was 25 years old and born in Iowa. She stayed at the Florence Crittenton Home. She had one other child before my birth. However‚ I don't know the sex of the child and I don't know if the child was placed for adoption. (My birth certificate indicates my birth mother previously had 1 other live birth.) My birth father’s name is Donald Potts. He was 31 years old and was born in Oklahoma. He was a laborer in Heavy Construction. I was placed with my adoptive family in October 1961 and the adoption was finalized in October 1962.
