My first and middle names at birth were Tandi Dawn. I was born in Rocky Ford‚ Colorado on May 16‚ 1981. I was placed in foster care in Colorado Springs. The adoption was finalized in January‚ 1982‚ on or about the 21st. I’ve been told (not sure if it is true) that my birth father visited me regularly in foster care and did not sign over his rights until January. I’ve also been told (again not sure of any truth) that he may be Native‚ possibly Pueblo.
