I am searching for information on my father, Wallace Carlisle Frazer, who I was told was "left in a hotel room" as an infant and " found by a maid". This may have happened in Manhatten. KS. He was then put into an orphanage (I believe in Pueblo, CO) and was adopted by David and Katherine Frazer. His birthday is Nov. 9, 1927 but I dont know that he ever had a birth certificate. He has since passed away, and I have tracked down his potential parents through Ancestry.com. But I am interested in the validity of his story and if he indeed was abandoned in a hotel room and what orphanage he was in and for how long. I would love to find if his birth mother left any information-or if his birth father even knew of his existence.
