The adopted person was Scott Everett VanOtterloo. I was told that he was adopted when he was three months old by Alvin and Vivian VanOtterloo. He died when I was a baby and he was only 20 years old. I am Scott’s daughter. He died August 2 of 1980. I think he was adopted in Colorado but I am not positive. My grandparents Alvin and Vivian lived in Westminster Colorado my whole life.
