I was born 03/09/1970 in Denver Colorado and was left in the hospital by my birth mother. I was adopted out of Jefferson County colorado I think the social services back then‚ by John and Pamalia Jurgens at 1275 Urban St‚ Golden Co.80401. Which at the present time both adopted parents have passed away. I was born in Denver General Hospital from what I was told. I do know I have siblings that were not adopted out. My birth mom might be in her mid 80’s or have already passed away. But I want to find anyone related to me.
