I am searching for a half brother, my mother is also searching- he was born on 04/01/1982 at Memorial hospital in Cheyenne Wyoming Dr. Hal Bass was the one handling the adoption process ( I believe) possibly blue eyes- May have been adopted by a couple in Colorado (Fort Collins area) the adoptive mother may have been unable to have children (diabetic)
