Hi my name is now Rebecca Lynn Gordon, but when you gave birth to me you named me Janine Faith Fine. I was born July 3, 1979 at the air force academy in Colorado Springs. Three days later I went to live with my foster parents, Mert and Eileen, in woodland park colorado. They called me Julie. Approximately 7 weeks later I was adopted through Catholic Charities in Pueblo Colorado by Carol and Ed Neugebauer. They named me Rebecca Lynn Neugebauer. I finally got my original birth certificate and I know my biological mothers name is Susan Anne Fine and my biological fathers name is Stephen M. Leighton. Susan was 19 and Stephen was 20 when I was born. Susan wrote me a letter and sent some baby clothes and a blanket, I still have all of it. I just want to meet you. If you don’t want to meet me I understand, just please let me know. If you do please contact me. I’ve been searching for 18 years and hearing from you would mean the world.
