My son was born June 11‚2005 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood‚ Colorado. It was the old hospital on Newton and Colfax. His legal given name at birth was Jonathan Ceaser Rosales-Sanchez‚ but it was changed when he was adopted to CJ but have no idea if thats a nickname and have no last name. I have a family member Rhonda Cisneros who was his foster mother and her friend/associate adopted my son and my daughter. She lives off Wolf St. And Flordia in Denver‚ Colorado. I’ve tried asking her as well as my aunt in AZ just recently asked here if I can make contact but was told no.my son is 18 now and I would love to reach out to him. Please help me.
