I was adopted as a baby at 2 or 3 months of age. I live in Minnesota and was raised here. I was adopted from an Orphanage called Ayudame- located in Bogota Colombia. My parents went through Jewish Family Services agency to adopt me. The agency told us that my biological mother was a flower seller, who was very beautiful and curvaceous, she had another daughter (1-2 years older than me who is a full sibling) who I believe she raised. She was from a town called Tenjo where she lived with her mother, step father and siblings and her name is Maria Estrella Sierra. She was 23 years old in 1989. She was not married to my biological father and last we know he did not know of her pregnancy. They told my parents that the reason she placed me for adoption was because the biofather wasn’t supportive (not sure if that is factual). My birth name was Jenny Paola Sierra.
