What I know is that I was born in Ibague‚ Colombia. The birth mother is listed as Sofia Rios Nieto. My name was Angela Isabel or Isabela Rios. I was found by Mrs. Maria Dora Castro on December 4‚ 1980 abandoned at the door of the Church of Cajamarca. Due to the way I was found the Cajamarcan Authorities detained the birth mother for abandoning the minor. On March 9‚ 1981 the birth mother testified that she was in no condition to keep the baby and was willing to allow the baby to be adopted. The baby was sent to The First Civil Defense of Minors until adopted. I was adopted by a family in the United States. I just want to know medical history.
