I am born in Valledupar (Cesar). I was adopted 23.9 - 1992. My adoptive parents had a lawyer named Esther Christina Canales Medina. The name of the institution is Instituto colombiano de bienestar familiar (I.C.B.F) Centro Zonal de Valledupar. 5th of december 1991 I was taken to a doctor named Alberto Esmeral Ariza. It says in my papers that my mum left me when I was 8 moths. I lived witha lady named Carmen Rodriguez Ortiz for a few years‚ and then i lived with Marqueza Corzo in a orphanage. Then I got adopted.
