My daughter’s name is Vivian Paola Montañez Castellanos, she was kidnapped in June of 1988 at 22 months of age in Cúcuta, Colombia. We think she was given in adoption, she will turn 34 in 2020 and we are interested in getting in touch with girls that were adopted in Colombia between 1988 and 1989 at the age of 2 or 3 years old and can’t find information about their biological family in Colombia. We have never stopped to look for her and we hope she was adopted in a safe and happy family.
