I adopted my daughter from Santiago‚ Chile in 1976. The lawyer who handle the adoption in Chile was Hector Molina Riveros‚ Rancagua 951 Dept 402‚ Santiago tile. In his initial letter to me he indicated the child‚ Carmen Rodriquez Duarte‚ was being cared for by a family that was not able to provide for her adequately. The letter I received from the Casa Nacional del Nino indicated that Carmen had been abandoned in 1973 and the parents were unknown. I am interested in trying to find out if Carmen‚ now 54 years old might have living parents or relatives in Chile
