My son’s Father Joseph Tillery was "adopted" in 1983 by Marvin and Sandra Tillery. Sandra and Joseph supposedly share a birthday of April 19th. There is a possibility Joseph’s birthday may be slight off. Both Marvin and Sandra have passed and left Joe with little information. He was told a neighbor friend, Maria possibly Rodriguez or Gonzalez, had a granddaughter giving birth at age 12 and wanted to give him up for adoption. They lived in or around El Paso, TX. The granddaughter was giving birth in Juareź. They went to Juareź and brought him across the border and made adoption legal someway. This is all he knows.
