My niece was born in a hospital in Tuxtla Gutierrez. A fake birth certificate was given to my brother and his wife with their names on it from what is described as a military hospital. It also has the name my brother /wife gave her which is Suzanne Rose. At one point they were told that the birth mothers name was Celsa Anzueto Garcia. We do not know if this is true. The international Adoption was never completed.
