I was born on 28.09.72 at the Countess of Chester Hospital. My birth mother was called Gillian Irvine. She was 18 when she had me. I went into foster care and was adopted at 6 weeks old. I think it was the Church of England‚ Diocese of Shrewsbury that over saw the adoption. Birth mother named me Angela which is my middle name. My birth father declined is name to be put on my birth certificate‚ which I can understand. But I’d love to know his name. I think he was 18 as well. I know from a letter from social services that my mother was 5ft 7‚ so she may be taller than me! I don’t think I know any other details‚ but I would love to meet my birth mother and have a connection with her‚ my birth father or any siblings out there.
