I am hoping someone will read this and know exactly what I was talking about. I wanted to connect with my mom whom I never met. I was born in Cebu 1972 in June in Sacred Heart Hospital, the administering OB was Dr. Alfonso and I was immediately given to their cousins, Lucia Barcenilla Angel and Agosto Angel to be adopted without any paper trail. Apparently my mom was a medical student in Southwestern University and got pregnant with Dr. Alfonso’s brother, an Aznar who is now deceased but married with children at that time. I guess my mom was forced to give me away being an unwed mother will keep her from becoming a doctor, Philippine culture is a bit strict I suppose. I have heard that my mom often made attempts to see me when I was little and my adopted parents sent her way. Let me make this clear, my adopted parents were great and loved and has provided for me. I just wanted to know my biological mother and perhaps thank her for at least giving me the opportunity of life. I am also curious if I do have any siblings. I am now on my 40s and married with children. I would love to meet my biological mother. If you are my biological mother you will know exactly this story without any further specificity. I am hoping someone out there recognizes this story and comes forward. I will be forever grateful.
