My mother (Filipino) placed my older brother for adoption when he was still a baby. She named him Michael and his birth father was an American (white) in the US Air Force. Unfortunately‚ I don’t have many details other than he’s older than me and my brother‚ most likely born between 1968-1970. My mother was approximately 30-33 years old living in Cavite outside of Naval Station Sangley Point when Michael was placed for adoption. I’m assuming he was placed for adoption in Manila versus Cavite.
