I was born in Richmond California. Adopted by George and Kathryn Dupouy. I was told the lady that gave birth to me used the name Peggy Neal but I was later told her name was Martha Louise Mc Neal. Martha could be short for Margret. I think the adoption was done through the dr. Mr and Mrs Dupouy knew they were adopting me before I was born. They took me home from the hospital.
