I am looking for my bio dad. His name is Carl Hartley not sure if this is the correct spelling. My bio mother Nancy Waller told me after my birth she went to tell him about me and he had moved. I was told he and his brothers were in a band back in the day I was also told he might have had a sister. I’d love to see a picture if possible or maybe meet him if he’s still alive and maybe meet siblings and cousins if possible. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
