I was abandoned at birth and left on the ground by an ice dispensing machine at 3177 Riverside Drive in Los Angeles CA. I was taken to Los Angeles Children’s Hospital after a man named Robert Swank found me while walking to work. I was approximately 5 hours old when he found me. I was on the front page of the local newspaper (Van Nuys paper) with an article about abandoning your baby (April 22, 1965) which was distributed throughout Los Angeles County . I have never met my birth parents and they have never tried to contact me.
