I’m looking for my younger cousin, who’s birth name was Gene Francis Conway. But I believe his name was changed to Skip by his adoptive parents. His mother’s name is Karen, his Grandmother’s name was Jean aka Nana. He was placed in foster care by Orangewood/CPS of Orange County, California arpund the year 1979. His mom was a single mother and lost her fight in court to keep him. My family travelled to California in 1979 to meet with him and the social workers and our grandmother. I’ve been searching for years to no avail.
