Looking for a half sibling that was put up for adoption at birth‚ in late 1945. It is believed the adoption took place in Monterey County‚ Ca‚ as his father was stationed at Fort Ord. The name on the original birth certificate was Bob‚ or Bobby Thoms. I Have no idea what his name became as the new parents certianly changed it. I’m hoping to find him.
