I am looking for my sister who was born at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley‚ My sister was put up for adoption with the Alameda county welfare dept in 1969-1970. She was adopted at 8 months old. The child welfare worker was Joan Geuss. It was a closed adoption. Her name was Yvonne but of course could have been changed. She was adopted by a Presbyterian family who had 2 sons and they wanted a daughter they lived in the county.
