On May 15‚ 1978 I gave birth to "Baby Boy Locasto" at the Community Hospital‚ Chanate Rd‚ Santa Rosa CA. I was 17 yrs old‚ the adoption was planned through CA State Adoption Agency (agent: Mrs. Jay Shaw - from India). The baby was taken away immediately after birth and was given to adoptive parents that day. What I know about this couple is that she’s Puerto Rican and the husband is Italian. I was discharged the following day never to see the baby again.
