I have been looking for my birth parents for years. I was born in Montebello hospital September 3, 1969 and I was placed at Children’s Home Society on Adams Blvd and Arlington in Los Angeles. Thereafter I was adopted about a year later. My birth certificate only states my adopted parents names on it.
