Looking for the birth parents of a safe surrender, caucasian baby boy born 12/31/2006 in Orange County, CA. Exact location of birth unknown but, possibly Anaheim or Buena Park. The baby was dropped off at a small local hospital by a man claiming not to be the father and later transferred to CHOC. Birth mother is unknown, but could have been 19 years old at the time of birth. The baby boy doe was dropped off approx. Within 30 minutes of birth with a torn umbilical cord. Any information would be helpful.
