I'm looking for my grandson. His name is Charles James Miranda born 3/25/1998 at Barton Hospital in So. Lake Tahoe‚ Ca. My daughter is his birth mother her name is Yolanda Miranda. Charles was taken by El Dorado County CPS. My daughters parental rights were terminated (illegally) i belive after they were blatenly violated. There were several resignations after a scandal of parental rights being violated in numerous cases with that agency. There has since been a class action lawsuit started.
