My sister is looking for her mothers biological family. Her mother was TAMARA ELNEDA PERRY(pictured). Tamara was born December 18, 1961 at PERALTA HOSPITAL in Oakland, California. Tamara was adopted by Clarence Perry and Marlene Jane Kearney Perry. Tamara died August 4, 1981 in Almeda, California. *Both of Tamara’s adopted parents passed when my sister was young and we have little to no information surrounding the adoption of Tamara. The hospital she was born in is now closed (so we understand) and the adoption records are sealed. *My sister is doing a DNA kit but we have no results yet. *Marlene Kearney Perry was originally from PA and moved to California. Her husband Clarence Perry was born in Texas and died in San Joaquin California.
