This child‚ a boy‚ was born at Mercy hospital in San Diego‚ to Jean Roberts Celani Jan. 27‚ 1959‚ and was adopted out. Thomas Willis would likely be in his mid 80’s now‚ and may be a veteran‚ not sure. I would appreciate any info possible! Thank you!
