I am looking for 2 brothers. They were taken into foster care in the early 80s they were removed from their mother's care in El monte California around the year 1983 to 1985. Anthony Raymond Quintero was approximately 3 to 4 years of age at the time of removal. He was born at Queen of the Valley hospital in West Covina California to Francine Barbara Simonian (Herrera) July 13th 1981. Robert Thomas (believe to be middle name ) not sure on last name but would have been one these‚ Quintero ‚ Herrera‚ or Simonian. I believe Robert was also born in the same hospital. The believed father for Anthony is Rosendo Quintero. Robert's father is assumed to be the same but that was not clear. Our family was told Robert the younger was adopted almost immediately. They would have Hispanic features .
