Born at St. Joseph’s hospital in Burbank, California, my mother was said to be 15 years old at the time of my birth. I’m really interested in who I look like and health history and to know about or see relatives. My adopted parents were also foster parents so my adoption was a year and half after my birth but I was placed with them right away (within days of my birth). I had a large birthmark in the left side of my face - unusual so that may help ID me. I believe my name was Toni Sorenson or Sorensen but I do not have documentation to prove that, it’s something my adopted father told me.
