My mother Tanya Baker (Dunmire) adopted out my half sister. I believe her mom and dad named her Anna Fisher. Our mother (Tanya) named her Tiffany Wolf. Her biological father’s name was Jimmy Wolf (as far as I know). My sister was born in Lancaster Hospital. Her adoptive parents lived in Oregon at that time and they had a son named Philip.
