Trying to find my birth mother. I just found out 6 months ago that I was adopted thru DNA results with ancestry.com. My adopted parents never told me but I always suspected. Most probably I was probably born in St. Elizabeth’s Infant Hospitalin San Francisco, Ca in September, October or November 1948. The adoption was finalized in Washoe County Court in Reno Nevada on April 21, 1949. I know from Ancestry.com that my birth mother is of Irish descent with some French. My birth father was of Italian descent and his last name D’Amore my adoptive parents were Salvador and Evelyn Tapia and are both deceased. The picture of me was when I was 16 years old.
