Looking for my husbands biological parents. He was adopted on April 1, 1970 in Los Angeles, CA by a couple from Buffalo, NY. He was born at USC hospital on August 31st 1969. His name may have been Greg or Gerry. It was changed to Jeffrey at his adoption. Supposedly his mother was a young teenager who tried to take care of him but after 8 months could no longer provide for him. This all we know. His adoptive parents last name is Miller from Buffalo, NY.
