I am looking for the birth parents of a baby boy, white, born in Oakland, CA on either May 24th or 25th in 1957. I’m not sure when he was adopted. He grew up with the name Mark David Carter. Also, he had scoliosis if that helps at all. Sadly he passed away in 1989 but I am looking for blood family of his. He was my father. I didn’t know him as I was a baby when he last saw me and he wasn’t around as I was a young child. I’m just trying to find any family of his. Hope there’s someone out there.
