I assume that I was born in Fresno County, CA, on June 07 1951. A Fresno County foster mother/woman told me "they" had given me a wrong birth date , but I don’t remember what date she told me. At 13 years old I went to live with Mr Payan in Chula Vista, CA. That is the name I used in school. I am looking for my birth parents. I was never adopted.
